Service terms, recovery limits, repairs, parts, and refunds.

These policies apply to CJT Solutions services unless a signed written agreement or statement of work says otherwise.

Services sold

CJT Solutions sells workstation selection and deployment, CJT CleanDeploy setup, recovery preparation, backup setup and restore assistance, computer diagnostics and repair, replacement parts required for repairs or upgrades, workflow cleanup, data organization, focused software work, technical support, and related services.

Scope and written agreements

Custom work is scoped after reviewing the requested outcome, device condition, workflow, timeline, data volume, support needs, parts availability, and third-party services involved. Written quotes, invoices, or statements of work control the exact deliverables.

Workstation and recovery boundaries

ZeroClick Recovery is preparation, not magic. Recovery depends on hardware condition, drive health, encryption, backups, network access, software licensing, customer data handling agreements, and the type of failure. Customer data recovery depends on the backup plan and the condition of the storage device.

Fulfillment and delivery

Digital services are delivered through email, shared documents, hosted software, source code repositories, remote meetings, deployment environments, or another agreed electronic method. Computer repair, hardware upgrades, and parts fulfillment may require local drop-off, pickup, delivery, shipping, travel, or third-party parts ordering.

Repair parts and hardware

Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, aftermarket, or customer-provided, depending on availability and customer approval. Used or refurbished hardware may have cosmetic wear, age-related limitations, or limited manufacturer warranty, and those details are disclosed before deployment when applicable.

Cancellation policy

A customer may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund of amounts paid for that project. After work begins, cancellation requests are reviewed against completed work, diagnostic labor, committed expenses, ordered parts, third-party costs, and the written scope.

Refund policy

If CJT Solutions cannot provide an agreed service, we will offer a correction, replacement deliverable, credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the facts. Completed custom services, completed consulting time, diagnostic labor, installed parts, special-order parts, and accepted deliverables are generally not refundable unless required by law or covered by a separate written warranty.

Payment security

Online card payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. CJT Solutions does not store full card numbers. Customers should only submit payment information through HTTPS checkout or invoice payment pages.
