The standard

A machine does not get called a CJT Workstation just because it turns on.

A lot of big-box consumer laptops are built to hit a price, not to last. They may be difficult to repair, unpleasant to service, poorly built, or not worth rebuilding when something fails.

CJT Workstations are selected, inspected, wiped, cleaned, deployed, and prepared for support.

Minimum specs

  • 16 GB memory minimum
  • 256 GB SSD minimum; 512 GB strongly recommended
  • Intel 10th gen or newer, or AMD Ryzen 4000 series or newer
  • 1080p display minimum for laptops
  • Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro license

Condition requirements

  • No BIOS, supervisor, Computrace, Absolute, Autopilot, or management locks
  • No liquid damage or major structural damage
  • Replaceable SSD; no soldered-only storage
  • 85% or better battery health for laptops
  • Cosmetic wear disclosed before deployment

CJT CleanDeploy

No junk. No mystery. Ready for work.

CleanDeploy is CJT's clean Windows deployment process. It is not a separate operating system. It is a supportable Windows setup built from a known-good base, cleaned of unnecessary junk, updated, configured, and prepared for the customer's real work.

CJT records how the machine was built so it can be rebuilt.

ZeroClick Recovery

No starting from zero.

ZeroClick Recovery is the recovery system behind supported CJT Workstations. It gives the machine a prepared path back to a working state before the failure happens.

  • Clean Windows deployment path

CJT Backup

The files have a way back, too.

ZeroClick gets the machine back. CJT Backup gets the user's files back through defined protected folders, version history, restore help, and backup health review.

Important limits

Recovery is preparation, not magic.

Recovery depends on hardware condition, drive health, encryption, backups, network access, software licensing, customer data handling agreements, and the type of failure.

CJT's promise is not that nothing will ever break. The promise is that when something does break, CJT is not starting from zero.
